Another Vintage Heddon Lucky 13 lure found a new lures collector home. The lure is made of plastic , with painted eyes and with a serial number 2500. The lure has surface rig hardware and is in nice condition as shown. This would make a nice addition to any vintage or contemporary lure collection.
You have to be a lure collector to understand the value of the lures. Some lures are rare, limited edition, prototype, one off the kind and own by a famous person. Look like lure vintage collection are for collectors with deep pockets.
It a good long term investment.
