A Hardy 'Jock Scott' multiplying bait casting reel made by Hardy Brothers Ltd, Alnwick, England.
Ribbed alloy foot, black anodized duralumin frame, oil port, offset curved winding arm, and reversed tapered ebonite handle.
The back plate is stamped: The "H.J.S". Reel British patent No 486135
Measures: 2" diameter.
A very rare treat to see this Vintage reel. Actually the complete reel system comes with a wooden box, line winder, rod with 2 top.
